RETURNS POLICY 

While we hope everything is ok with your order, if you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch via email and we will have a chat about any issues. Please email Katy at: kt.shiztastic@gmail.com and include all your details and the issue. 

**Everything is printed and handmade in Australia and some things are imperfectly perfect but we are happy to have a chat as we are all about making people feel cheerful! **

If it does come to a return:

This policy is valid for 30 days. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you have had the item longer than that.

The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition it was sent in.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

We will always do my best to avoid these situations and I am sure we will sort it out!
